I met a Girl Scout troop at Washington Crossing this morning to help them earn their photography badge. As I was leaving a large group was gathering for constitution day. I didn't realize there would be such a large Harley contingency, and this George Washington had a logo on the back that referred to a Harley group to which he belonged. It is a perfect day to go for a ride and hang out by the river...

I haven't been to Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve in years, but on Thursday evening soft breezes were blowing, the temp was in the 70s, and the kids wanted to do something outside. We went out and walked along the paths. I'm amazed at how much upkeep must go into such a place. When we left, Rachel said she felt like she had been on a mini-vacation.

It doesn't get much more Americana than Lake Afton in Yardley when the ice has frozen over. Josh was begging all weekend to go over, and we finally squeezed in an hour. I don't know how he did it, it was so cold. Rachel and I hung out in Starbucks with our hot caramel apple cider, so we were toasty warm.
